# Agent Notification System & Mobile Optimization

## Overview

Sistem notifikasi real-time untuk Agent Portal dengan optimasi mobile-responsive dan tampilan mobile app style.

## Features Implemented

### 1. **Agent Notification System**

#### Database Schema
- **New Table:** `agent_notifications`
  - Stores agent-specific notifications
  - Links to agent via `agentId`
  - Supports read/unread status
  - Timestamp tracking

#### Notification Types
- `voucher_generated` - When agent generates voucher
- `deposit_success` - When deposit payment is successful
- `low_balance` - When balance is below threshold (minBalance * 1.2)
- `voucher_sold` - When voucher is sold/used

#### API Endpoints

### 2. **Admin Notification Integration**

Admin akan menerima notifikasi saat:
- Agent melakukan deposit (`agent_deposit`)
- Agent generate voucher (`agent_voucher_generated`)

Notifikasi admin masuk ke sistem notifikasi existing (`/api/notifications`)

### 3. **Mobile-Responsive Agent Dashboard**

#### Viewport Configuration

- **Mobile (default):** Single column, stacked cards

- Touch-friendly buttons (min 44x44px)
- Responsive font sizes (sm, base, lg)
- Adaptive padding/spacing
- Hidden text on small screens (e.g., "Logout" → icon only)
- Horizontal scroll tables on mobile
- Bottom sheets for modals
- Optimized notification dropdown (max 80vh height)

### 4. **Real-Time Notification Updates**

#### Agent Side
- Auto-refresh every 15 seconds
- Visual badge for unread count (max 9+)
- Toast-like notification cards
- Color-coded by type
- Swipe-friendly on mobile

#### Admin Side
- Notification when agent deposits
- Notification when agent generates voucher
- Link to agent management page

When payment status is `PAID`:

### 4. Notification Component

**File:** `src/components/agent/NotificationDropdown.tsx`

Features:
- Bell icon with unread badge
- Dropdown with max 10 recent notifications
- Color-coded notification types
- Mark as read functionality
- Delete individual notification
- Mark all as read
- Auto-refresh every 15 seconds
- Click outside to close

### 5. Agent Dashboard Integration

**File:** `src/app/agent/dashboard/page.tsx`

Added:
- Import `AgentNotificationDropdown`
- Integrated in header with agent ID
- Responsive button layout
- Mobile-friendly spacing

## Usage Guide

### For Agents

1. **View Notifications:**
   - Click bell icon in dashboard header
   - Badge shows unread count
   - Notifications auto-refresh

2. **Notification Types:**
   - 🔵 Voucher Generated - When you create new vouchers
   - 🟢 Deposit Success - When your deposit is confirmed
   - 🔴 Low Balance - Warning when balance is low
   - 🟢 Voucher Sold - When customer uses voucher

3. **Actions:**
   - Click "Tandai dibaca" to mark as read
   - Click trash icon to delete
   - Click "Tandai semua dibaca" to clear all

### For Admin

1. **Agent Activity Monitoring:**
   - Receive notification when agent deposits
   - Receive notification when agent generates voucher
   - Click notification to go to agent management

2. **View in Admin Panel:**
   - Go to `/admin/notifications`
   - Filter by type: `agent_deposit`, `agent_voucher_generated`

## Mobile Experience

### Design System
- **Primary:** `#bc13fe` (Purple)
- **Secondary:** `#00f7ff` (Cyan)
- **Success:** `#00ff88` (Green)
- **Danger:** `#ff4466` (Red)
- **Accent:** `#ff44cc` (Pink)

### Touch Targets
- All interactive elements ≥ 44x44px
- Adequate spacing between buttons
- Large tap areas for mobile

### Responsive Breakpoints
- **Mobile:** < 640px (sm)
- **Tablet:** 640px - 1024px (md)
- **Desktop:** ≥ 1024px (lg)

## Performance Considerations

1. **Notification Polling:**
   - Agent: 15 seconds interval
   - Admin: 30 seconds interval
   - Could be optimized with WebSocket/SSE in future

2. **Database Indexes:**
   - `agentId` indexed for fast lookup
   - `isRead` indexed for filtering
   - `createdAt` indexed for sorting

3. **Query Optimization:**
   - Limit notifications to 10 recent
   - Separate unread count query
   - Efficient cascade delete with agent

## Future Enhancements

1. **WebSocket Integration:**
   - Real-time push notifications
   - No polling required
   - Better battery life on mobile

2. **Push Notifications:**
   - Browser push API
   - Mobile PWA notifications
   - FCM integration for native apps

3. **Notification Preferences:**
   - Agent can choose notification types
   - Email notification option
   - WhatsApp notification option

4. **Advanced Filtering:**
   - Filter by type
   - Filter by date range
   - Search in notifications

5. **Notification Center:**
   - Dedicated page for all notifications
   - Pagination support
   - Archive functionality

## Troubleshooting

### Notifications Not Showing

1. **Check database:**
   ```sql

2. **Check API response:**

   - Look for fetch errors
   - Check agentId is being passed

### Badge Not Updating

1. **Verify auto-refresh interval:**
   - Should refresh every 15 seconds
   - Check interval is not cleared

2. **Check unread count query:**

### Mobile Display Issues

1. **Viewport meta tag:**
   - Check `layout.tsx` has correct viewport config
   - Clear browser cache

   - Verify Tailwind responsive classes (sm:, md:, lg:)
   - Check breakpoints are correct
